Arts

The arts are an integral part of the Horizon Honors Secondary School experience, providing students with opportunities to develop their talents, express their creativity, and discover new passions. Whether students are creating original artwork, performing on stage, singing in an ensemble, or learning an instrument, they are encouraged to challenge themselves while growing as artists and individuals.

Throughout the school year, they share their work through concerts, theatre productions, and art showcases.. Many ensembles also participate in local festivals and regional or state events that allow students to perform alongside other talented young artists.

From beginning musicians and artists to experienced performers, Horizon Honors offers opportunities for students at every stage of their artistic journey. Through meaningful instruction and real-world experiences, students develop creativity, discipline, communication skills, and confidence that will serve them well beyond the classroom.
